Six cemeteries are located within the Liepaja city municipal area.
- Southern cemetery – 14.8 ha,
- Central cemetery – 17.35 ha,
- Livas cemetery – 5.54 ha,
- Northern cemetery – 4.56 ha,
- Old cemetery – 4.56 ha,
- Garnison cemetery – 3.91 ha.
Cemetery management, which includes creation and management of cemeteries, is performed by Liepaja Cemetery authority.
