6. “Varavīksne” Library
The library "Varavīksne" is located in the Liepāja Olympic Centre and welcomes both, kids and grown-ups.
It cooperates with the Liepāja Children and Youth Centre's branch "Spārni", jointly organising events, creative workshops and exhibitions of works by the members of the interest groups and clubs.
