On Friday, 22 July, from 13.00 to 21.00, the 17th–19th Century Liepāja Museum of Interiors at Kungu Street 24, in Liepāja, welcomes you to "The Bread Day at Hoyer's House", offering a programme celebrating the culture of baking bread, local culinary heritage and the history of the house.
"The Bread Day at Hoyer's House" will kick off at 13.00, starting with the baking of delicious wheat sourdough bread with the baker Aivars Ozols, using the house's bread oven.
During the baking process, everyone will have the opportunity to find out more about this culinary heritage and to ask questions. Afterwards, it will be possible to taste the bread topped with Rucava white butter made by Sandra Aigare and to buy freshly baked rolls in the Hoyer's souvenir shop.
