1. Vocal ensemble "Gaismiņa"
The vocal ensemble "'Gaismiņa" performs since 19 December 1994. The ensemble started out in a private school "Varavīksne", then found a home in the children and youth centre "Vaduguns", before coming up with the idea of a private studio, which was eventually implemented.
The aim of the ensemble is to promote vocal music among ensembles, to develop each child's individual talents, working skills, vocal taste and creativity.
The ensemble performs charity concerts, concerts in churches and cultural centres throughout Latvia and works together with professional musicians.
The ensemble has won several prizes and awards in vocal ensemble competitions.
